What is your return policy?

Pine Empire will gladly accept returns for full-priced items within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as the merchandise is in it original condition (unwashed, like-new, unworn, and also unaltered). Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the merchandise received was incorrect or damaged.
